TheTreesOf.Life is like an undisturbed pond in a pristine forest. The chance that somebody is watching your activity is extremely small, not necessarily because we couldn’t, but simply because we never find the time to log in. We hardly even update the site. So if you are the prudish type, keep your clothes on, because in theory someone could probably be watching, but if you are a free-spirited and adventurous soul, then let it all hang out and take a skinny dip with us, because there is no one around for miles!

What Type of Data Can We Collect About Our Users?

We have no idea. We have never checked, and have no immediate plans to check. However, our bass player Dave Smash is a web developer by trade and a smart mother fucker, so he could undoubtedly find your name and email address, sign up for some kind of genealogy service to learn the names of your maternal grandparents and scour social media for pet names so that he can guess your password reset challenge questions, and then bam! He’s in. Bank account info, iCloud, those unsolicited dick pics you sent out last November, calendar events showing where you will be next week, he’s got all that shit now, and he’s a fucking lunatic, so who knows what he’s going to do with it all? He’s also very lazy, so I wouldn’t lose any sleep over the possibility, but as with all web sites, you are advised to visit this page at your own risk.

How Do We Use This Data?

To the extent that we use data that we gather about our users, we use it to invite you to shows and try to sell you T-shirts. Our users retain the full legal right to Netflix and chill on show nights and take off our apparel at their sole discretion. We might also encourage you to follow us on Spotify, Instagram, Facebook, and our other platforms, but we’re kind of already doing that in a circuitous way, so you’re too late to stop us!

Terms of Service

We also need this section now in order to satisfy our social media overlords so that we can continue to share our content on this site. Ummm, we don’t really expect much from you in order to use this site. I guess just use it at your own risk, because we are too poor to be worth suing if something goes wrong.
